Dana —

Bringing a unique perspective on yoga that combines East Coast pace with West Coast variety, Dana has a distinct edge to her teaching. With a focus on educating in effective but still funky sequencing, she guides students and aspiring instructors on how to bring the challenges of yoga onto the board in an exciting way.

3 Day Intensive

This training is designed to educate and inform all levels of instructors with water safety and the fundamentals of paddling.

You will learn the skill set to design your own SUP Yoga class safely and efficiently.

You will get the full experience of a SUP Yoga class, from the equipment set up to the design of the class and all the elements that go into a single Paddle Yoga class.
