Salty State of bliss yoga retreat

All the salty souls seeking bliss! This retreat is for the adventurous, the curious, and for those ready to raise their vibrations. Inspiration is sourced through the nature of the land and community connected through local hikes, exploration of the area, as well as surf lessons at the beach. Community activities join the group together, alongside the connection fostered through my role as a guide, however, I want to create a space that allows them to uncover and source pieces of themselves through this journey as well. Group gatherings around sunrise and sunset on the sand will connect the group over journaling, meditation work, and release ceremonies. No matter their prior experience, I hope that every student leaves this retreat having tried or dropped into something new.

Nourishment comes in the form of fresh, whole meals, just as much as through breath and movement. I will guide my students through daily vibrant vinyasa flows that offer a deepening of their practices. Bodywork is an integral component of self-care and healing, so massages or reiki will be offered throughout the week to clear energy channels and promote this layer of growth for students.

Creating a space for downtime is important to me, as navigating the balance between activity time and rest is often challenging. I want this group to feel more energized when leaving than when they first arrived. Whether this manifests as “hammock time” or simple moments alone in nature, students are invited and encouraged to drop in throughout their week.

A natural expansion for our perspectives, this retreat widens our minds and our hearts as we learn and experience more of the culture. Recharged, with an open heart and a full cup, students leave this week retreat with a sense of their raised vibration and alignment with themselves, nature, and other souls around them. This leaves them in a salty state of bliss.
